SALES
Sales codes are only valid for the dates the sale is running. If you purchase the day before or a week before we cannot give you the discount off. Also sales codes can not be used on returns or exchanges. Thanks so much for your understanding. To keep up to date with new products and sales, we recommend signing up for our email newsletter.
SHIPMENTS:
All domestic products over one pound ship UPS ground. Any products under one pound ship USPS First Class. International shipments go out with either USPS International (7-10 + days) or DHL Express (3-5 days). For international, the duty fees are not included in the shipping and you will need to pay for the duty fees at the time of claiming and collecting the package.
TURNAROUND TIMES:
Depending on the product and whether or not it's in stock, will determine how fast the product ships out. If the product is in stock, the product will ship with in 1-2 business days. If it's a wallet, mug, key fob or belt that is not in stock, it will typically ship within 7-10 business days. Our leather duffles, totes, messenger bag, rucksacks, briefcases, crossbody bags, and dopp kits all ship with in 7-10 business days as well. The Cooper Satchel being as its all hand stitched is a 4 week turn around. Our waxed canvas products are also 10-14 day turnaround.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are in need of one of our products faster than our standard turn around please just let us know and in most cases we can accommodate your requests.
