Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade in Marietta GA, by just 6 of us.
What is the quality of your leather? And where is it sourced?
We only use full grain leather. This is the best grade of leather you can buy. And it's all sourced from the USA. You can find out more info about our quality under the "Our Quality" tab under the about us section.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes absolutely! We have a lifetime guarantee on all of our handmade products. You can learn more under the "Lifetime Guarantee" page under the about us section.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Is shipping free in US? Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Shipping is free in Cont. USA for orders over $150.00. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. The delivery costs vary depending on the destination. We offer two options, USPS Priority and DHL Express
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each product is made to order in our shop in Marietta, GA with love and special attention to details. The Average turnaround is 15-20 business days and during high sales volumes it can take a few 5 business days longer. We will send you an email with tracking once it ships. If you need it sooner for any reason, please send an email with your order number and we do our best to accommodate your request.
HOLIDAY TURNAROUND TIMES:
Due to the volume of orders placed during the holidays, our turnaround times are increased and are not the 15-20 business days. We guarantee all orders placed from Nov 1st to Dec 5th will be shipped in time to arrive by Christmas. If you need your order by a specific date please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Thanks for your understanding and support!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
What is your return policy?
30 DAY RETURN POLICY:
• Must be in new unused condition so we can resell it.
• Must be one of our standard products in a signature color.
• Limited Edition colors are not returnable.
• No customized products or the Cooper Satchel can be returned.
• No products with initials can be returned.
• Customized product are any products that have been changed from the base bag and have added additional items such as: snaps, brass feet, d-rings, crossbody straps, button stud closure, hemmed top edge, zipper closure, front pocket or customized strap drop length, or customized strap color are customized and are not returnable.
• In stock bags are not returnable unless they are a stock item.
• Natural Veg Tan may not be returned due to not liking the natural character of the leather or markings, this is all apart of the process of this leather.
• Products must arrive back to GFG in new condition.
• Return shipping back to us is paid for by the customer.
• For any Paypal Purchases 3.5% will also be deducted as Paypal does not refund processing fees on the order.
• Shipping must be post marked within 30 days of receiving the product.
• The Shipping cost for the original shipping to you is deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds are issued once the package arrives back at GFG and it's unused condition is verified by a GFG Team Member.
• For Holiday orders you have 30 days from Christmas if it was a gift from or to someone else.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
What kind of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay payment services.
Do I have to create an account?
No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.
Do you save my bank information?
Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the payment processor Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
Changes to your order.
We are not able to make changes to orders after they are placed. If you are a new customer we do allow a one time exception to this policy, if you email us within 24 hours of ordering, we will allow you to make an adjustment to your order. Also if you have accidentally ordered two of the same product in the same color and wish to change one of the colors or cancel one of them, we are happy to help with that. Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be canceled. If you ordered a product that can be returned, and the order has not shipped we are happy to cancel it. Email us at CustomerCare @ Goforthgoods.com with your order number.
