All of our products are handmade in Marietta GA, by just 5 of us. 

We only use full grain leather.  This is the best grade of leather you can buy.  And it's all sourced from the USA. You can find out more info about our quality under the "Our Quality" tab under the about us section.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Yes, Shipping is free in Continental USA for orders over $150.00. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii

Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. The delivery costs vary depending on the destination. We offer two options, USPS Priority and DHL Express

The average turn around to make your order is approximately 10-14 business days for most products. Some products like the Cooper Satchel and waxed canvas products take 10-14 working days.  Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days in US. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.

5 DAY RETURN POLICY:
• Must be in new unused condition so we can resell it.
• Must be one of our standard products in a signature color. 
• No custom products or the Cooper Satchel can be returned.
• No products with initials can be returned.
• Avery Totes with added snaps, brass feet, d-rings, crossbody straps, button stud closure, hemmed top edge or customized strap drop length, or customized strap color are customized and are not returnable. 
• Products must arrive back to GFG in new condition.
• Return shipping back to us is paid for by the customer.  
• Shipping must be post marked within 5 days of receiving the product.
• The Shipping cost to you is deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds are issued once the package arrives back at GFG and it's unused condition is verified by a GFG Team Member.
• For Holiday orders you have 5 days from Christmas if it was a gift from or to someone else.


Please Note: Any customized orders or products that have been personalized with initials, Avery Totes with added snaps, brass feet, d-rings, crossbody straps, button stud closure, hemmed top edge or customized strap drop length, or customized strap color are customized and not returnable. Also any products that were made a different size, or in a custom color, shorter straps, as well as the Cooper Satchel are not eligible for a return. Thank you for your support and understanding. 

ORDERING & PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay payment services.

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the payment processor Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.    

Any changes to your order will incur a $25.00 change order fee. Thanks for your help and understanding. 

Once your order has been put into production, usually within 24-48 hours after ordering, we are not able to process a return as your bag has already been started. If you bag can be cancelled, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee to process your cancellation and refund. Thanks for your understanding and support.
