  • Turnaround Times

    The Majority of our product are made to order in our shop in Marietta, GA with love and special attention to details. We have an In-stock product section and those products ship in 1-2 business days.  The Average turnaround for our made to order bags is 15-20 business days and during high sales volumes it can take a few days longer. We will send you an email with tracking once it ships.  If you need it sooner for any reason, please send an email with your order number and we do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Changes to orders

    We are not able to accept changes to orders after they placed. Thanks for your understanding and support.

  • Canceling orders

    Orders can not be canceled after being placed as the order goes into production within 24 hours of ordering and we are not able to look at emails before many orders are started. Thanks for your understanding and support.
