  • Turnaround Times

    The Majority of our product are made to order in our shop in Marietta, GA with love and special attention to details. We have an In-stock product section and those products ship in 1-2 business days.  The Average turnaround for our made to order bags is 15-20 business days and during high sales volumes it can take a few days longer. We will send you an email with tracking once it ships.  If you need it sooner for any reason, please send an email with your order number and we do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Changes to orders

    We are not able to make changes to orders after they are placed. If you are a new customer we do allow a one time exception to this policy, if you email us within 24 hours of ordering, we will allow you to make an adjustment to your order. 

  • Canceling orders

    Custom orders cannot be canceled. If you ordered a product that can be returned, and the order has not shipped we are happy to cancel it. Email us at CustomerCare @ Goforthgoods.com with your order number.
