SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIMES
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
We are not able to except changes to orders after they placed. Thanks for your help and understanding.
CANCELING ORDERS:
Orders can not be canceled after being placed as the order goes into production within 24 hours of ordering and we are not able to look at emails before many orders are started. Thanks for your understanding and support.
SHIPMENTS:
All "Free Shipping" orders are for the contiguous USA, so excluding Alaska and Hawaii and are sent using UPS Ground. This is a 2-5 business day ship time depending upon your location. If the package is less than 1 lb, it may be shipped using USPS First Class. If you prefer your order to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for any reasons, please email us with your order number. You may upgrade your shipping to a faster option by choosing a paid option in checkout. You have the option for International shipments to use USPS International, DHL Express, or UPS International. For international shipments, the duty fees and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and you will need to pay for the duty fees and taxes at the time of claiming and collecting the package.
TURNAROUND TIMES:
Depending on the product and whether or not it's in stock, will determine how fast the product ships out. If the product is RTS (READY TO SHIP), the product will ship within 1-2 business days. Each product is made to order in our shop in Marietta, GA with love and special attention to details. The Average turnaround is 15-20 business days and during high sales volumes it can take a few days longer. We will send you an email with tracking once it ships. The Cooper Satchel is completely hand cut, punched and stitched, and has a 6-8 week turn around.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need one of our products sooner for any reason, please send an email with your order number and we do our best to accommodate your request.
HOLIDAY TURNAROUND TIMES:
Due to the volume of orders placed during the holidays, our turnaround times are increased and are not the 15-20 business days. We guarantee all orders placed before our cut off date of Dec 10th will be shipped in time to arrive by Christmas. If you need your order by a specific date please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Thanks for your understanding and support!
