Product Assembly

Product Assembly team members will be responsible for making bag straps and completing the assembly of sewn bags from Machine Sewing team members to then pass on to Quality Control. They will also learn hand stitching and the assembly process of any smaller items. We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude to add to our team. Prior experience is appreciated but not necessary for this position.  Please see the details below. 

Applicants with no experience start training at $15.00 hr. After trained and efficient you can make as much as 50k a year with paid holidays and vacation. Please see the details below. 

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Cutting and Making Straps for products
• Placing Logos on Products using Heat Press (no experience necessary)
• Assembling Products
• Sewing wallets and making smaller items
• Manage a list of assigned products/inventory to make

Preferred Skills:

• Self Motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to Self Manage well in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to work well with a team
• Has careful attention to detail
• Prior Experience constructing/designing anything hands-on
• Ability to be teachable & receive/follow instruction from managers/team members

Physical Job Requirements:

• Able to perform daily physical tasks required to make products (lifting packages up to 30lbs, handling steel dies for cutting, and also clipping solid brass rivets with manual hand tool) 
• Able to be on your feet for prolonged periods of the day
