Still Going Strong

A few years back, I came across your ad in an Airline Mag. My son was a budding chef at time and I saw this Knife Roll. What a great Christmas idea. He can be hard to satisfy when it comes to his cooking tools. I ordered this and knew he’d love it. Such quality top grain Leather and the workmanship is “old school” pure class. He came home last night and whipped out his Knife Roll. After years of use, it looked better than it did when he got it!! The leather has matured beautifully and he even got a great compliment on it from a fellow chef. He loves it and he couldn’t be prouder of it. So happy he’ll have a lifetime memory from his parents!! Keep up the good work. BTW, still got the wallet too and it’s perfect!!

You guys suck...but in a good way, I guess.

Saw this knife roll at Charleston Wine & Food Festival and knew right away that it needed to be mine. Alas, that wasn't to be, since if I bought it right then and there, you wouldn't have had one to display to all the other hungover chefs slinking around the vendor tent. Anyhoo, you were nice enough to ship it to me, WITH my initials added, a week or so later. That's when I realized my mistake.

You see, this thing is GORGEOUS. TOO gorgeous for my shitty knives. So, this will end up being the most expensive knife roll EVER since I will have to completely upgrade my knife collection. I'll have to chuck my cheap blades and have some ridiculous Japanese, dragon breath-forged, pounded by a thousand monks, and fitted with handles made from unicorn horn knives made that will be specially designed to shave the fuzz off peaches, remove the tonsils from heritage hogs, and all sorts of other esoteric shit. Thanks...jerks.

I'll probably also have to reverse my vasectomy so I can have a kid I can pass this thing down to since it will probably last forever.

You guys suck.

But in a good way.
